About Valencia
Valencia McMahon is a published author, devotional writer, and Sabbath School facilitator whose work has ministered to readers across the country. She is the founder of NRhythm Press and the creator of NRhythm Devo (nrhythmdevo.com), a devotional platform built around the conviction that spiritual formation isn't a Sabbath event — it's a daily practice.
Valencia writes at the intersection of faith and everyday life. Her books don't live in the theoretical. They live in the Tuesday morning when prayer feels hollow, in the grief that won't lift no matter how many days have passed, in the questions every believer asks but few dare to say out loud — and in the God who meets us in every one of those places with grace that is always enough.
Her writing is shaped by years of service in faith community, including her current role as Sabbath School facilitator at Alpharetta SDA Church in Alpharetta, Georgia, and her former service as Sabbath School Superintendent at her home church in Miami, Florida. She writes from the pulpit and the pew — as someone who has taught the Word and needed it in equal measure.
